In February 2002 I met up with my old friend Simon in Berlin (who'd just started his Round The World Trip). We spent a night in Berlin before catching the train to Krakow, Poland - an excellent place. We soaked up the local atmospehere (in the pubs) for a couple of nights before I returned to Berlin by train and Simon headed for Hungary.
